THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT NAD+ IV THERAPY
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide exists in two forms: an oxidized and reduced form abbreviated as NAD+ and NADH respectively. The ratio of these two forms are important and are a dynamic process.
NAD+’s main purpose is to convert nutrients into cellular energy, which is essential for healthy functioning. NAD+ is the fuel for all metabolic reactions, similar to gas in your car.
