Well I figured I'd leave the benefits or detriments of Heavy Metal music on your health (and your ears) out of it today and instead focus on the second definition of Heavy metals in our environment and how this can impact your body. We know certain heavy metals have a higher toxicity to plants and humans than others, and therefore I will focus on those specifically today.
